Ownersownsite.com cannot be held liable in any way relating to communication issues if we are not supplied a valid email address. Ownersownsite.com will acknowledge all emails within 3 working days.

YOUR DATA PROTECTION

We will not knowingly supply to any third party our clients' details submitted to ownersownsite.com unless requested by the client themselves of by agencies of the Government of the United Kingdom.

 PUBLISHED DATA

It is clearly indicated on the forms used on this site which information submitted by the client will be published on the client's website and which data will not be published. We cannot accept responsibility for any information which is published incorrectly however we will remove accidentally published data as soon as humanly possible at no cost to our clients. Ownersownsite.com reserve the right to refuse to publish any content which we deem unfit this includes links to websites with content which we feel in no way relates to the purpose of the clients website. Ownersownsite reserves the right to pass on any information to the Government of the United Kingdom and their agencies which they deem to be illegal. Ownersownsite.com accepts no responsibility for the content which we are asked to publish by our clients. Content supplied to ownersownsite.com is supplied at the clients own risk and is published for them with the understanding that its copyright is owned or has been released for their use. Ownersownsite accepts no liability for the content of websites published, designed or hosted on or as per instruction of the client.

BUYING A WEBSITE FROM OWNERSOWNSITE.COM

Ownersownsite.com owns all design and code of the website including after payment by the client and after deployment to the web servers. The payment received from the client is for the use of the code and the design owned by ownersownsite.com. The client agrees to supply all content to be published on their site. Some images may be included in the cost of the website itself and these royalty paid stock images will be identified by ownersownsite.com at the time of purchase. The client must ensure that they own the copyright to all text and images they submit to ownersownsite.com for inclusion in the website being purchased. Where images used on the website have been purchased by ownersownsite.com on behalf of the client, these images are strictly for use on the website only. Ownersownsite.com are not liable for misuse of these images by the client or any other person's copying, altering or distributing the images to individuals or other organisations. Should any legal issues or claims arise from the content or copyright of any images supplied by the client or ownersownsite.com they will be the sole responsibility of the client. The client will be informed in the content submission guide what information they should supply, how many words of text are required, how many images are required and exact details of how to submit this information. Ownersownsite.com will build the website that you the client have selected from our online brochure substituting images and text in the example site with the text and images supplied by the client. If the client submits any code to be embedded in their website they must ensure they have copyright or permission to use this code. Should any legal issues or claims arise from the content or copyright of any code supplied by the client they will be the sole responsibility of the client. Build and design time will be completed within 7 days of order confirmation. In certain circumstances this time may be reduced or lengthened if there is a problem with the content supplied by the client. The website will be published at a sub domain of ownersownsite.com for a period of 14 days during which time the client is free to request any changes to the content supplied by them. These amendments will be free of charge. Once the client has approved the site they will be emailed an invoice. Once this payment has been made by the client we will then publish the approved site to the web server. Please note the cost invoiced to you on approval of your website only covers the initial cost of design and publishing, 1 year's hosting if this option was selected at the time of purchase, the number and named email addresses supplied at the time of website order, 1 year's technical support and 1 year's minor amendment/change facility. Please note that the 1 year's free amendment/change facility is subject to a fair usage policy giving the right to ownersownsite.com to charge for any amendments if a total number of hours spent on a client's site exceeds 5 in the first 12 months. Upgrading to a different level of website will be charged at cost difference. Downgrading to a lower level of website will be charged at the full price of the new website. ownersownsite.com will at no time place third party advertisements on your site, however, in purchasing a website from ownersownsite.com the client agree to the insertion of a link to ownersownsite.com at the bottom of each website page. It is the client's responsibility to check with ownersownsite.com whether Open Source Software is being used or not. If a charge is made by ownersownsite.com for open source software on the client's site this charge is for the installation time. Open Source Software is not owned by ownersownsite.com or the client. If the client does not use ownersownsite.com's hosting services, then the management and hosting of the domain name are the full responsibility of the client. Ownersownsite.com may use in the design process use design tools created or provided by a third party. Ownersownsite.com do this on the understanding that these tools have been provided free of charge for commercial use and take no responsibility if this is found not to be the case. A credit link is provided on ownersownsite.com if this has been requested at the time of downloading the free commercial design tools.

SPAM

Please note that ownersownsite.com will not take responsibility for the content of any communication sent to any of the email addresses supplied to us or supplied by us. We cannot protect these email services from SPAM. Ownersownsite.com reserves the right to change the prices of our products and services without notice. Ownersownsite.com will attempt to protect our services from hacking, virus or any other intended or unintended malice. However, ownersownsite will not guarantee 100% protection from either deliberate or accidental damage to any persons or things and therefore cannot accept any responsibility for any damage or incident resulting from such.

DISPUTES

Ownersownsite.com cannot be held responsible for anything adversely affecting the client's business operation, sales, or profitability that might be claimed is a result of a service offered by ownersownsite.com. Although ownersownsite.com will attempt to solve any dispute, in the case of a dispute which cannot be settled to either the client's or ownersownsite.com's satisfaction any agreements between the two parties will be terminated and the clients will forfeit all paid monies to ownersownsite.com.

RENEWALS

Ownersownsite.com will invoice you one month in advance for the second and subsequent year's hosting and any agreed support package. This will be invoiced at the listed price prevailing at the point of invoice. Unless payment is received by the end of that month the agreement to host and any other agreements between ownersownsite.com and the client will be deemed terminated. If the agreements are terminated in this way all code and hosting space will be deemed the property of ownersownsite.com. When a client renews hosting with ownersownsite.com, this also includes domain renewal if the renewal is needed to keep the site functioning and was purchased as part of the hosting package through ownersownsite.com. If the client does not renew the hosting, their domain name could be made available to the public for purchase and ownersownsite.com cannot be held liable for this.

TERMINATING YOUR AGREEMENT

We reserve the right to terminate without reason all services without notice. The client can terminate their agreement with ownersownsite.com at any time by giving one month's notice by email to us quoting your account number, website domain name and reasons for termination. However, ownersownsite.com will not refund any monies part or full that have been paid to ownersownsite.com.

The terms and conditions of this website are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Jurisdiction for any claims arising in respect of this website's Content shall lie exclusively with the courts of England. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
